Quick check-in, parking on site. Clean and attractive rooms with excellent bedding, soaps, king size bed, excellent breakfast. Particularly good and magnificent location, relatively close to Zona Viva.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the airport! The cleanliness was top-notch, with immaculate rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable beds, hot showers, and a fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer. The location was incredibly convenient, being very close to the airport and offering free bus transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Friendly staff, good location (I needed to work at Guatemala City airport, which is only 10 minutes away) that permitted me to walk around in the evening and check out local restaurants.
Very slow internet service, small room, poor natural lighting/terrible view.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was very convenient, being close to the airport and in a great area close to malls and other attractions. The hotel provided excellent service, with attentive staff who were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the hot water in the shower was a nice bonus. The free shuttle service from the airport was a great perk, and the strong wifi connection was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included in our room price.
In short, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is close to the malls and in the center of the city. It is also conveniently close to the airport, making our travel experience much smoother. The rooms were very comfortable and well stocked with towels and soaps. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the excellent room service and the option to hire a car. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
